Terms of Business

 

Before using my services, please read my terms of business carefully.

​Scope of Work

I provide copywriting services including but not limited to website copy, email campaigns, social media copy, blog posts, press releases, product descriptions, and advertising copy. You are responsible for providing clear briefs for the project. I reserve the right to decline any project that I feel is not a good fit for my skills or expertise.

 

Payment Terms

For all new clients, a 50% deposit is required prior to commencement. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice, which will be sent to you upon completion of the project or as agreed upon in writing. I reserve the right to suspend or terminate work on a project if payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date. All fees and charges are non-refundable.

Revisions

I will provide revisions to your satisfaction, within a reasonable amount of time. Revisions beyond the scope of the initial project brief will be subject to additional fees.

 

Confidentiality

I will maintain confidentiality and not disclose any information regarding your project, unless required by law. All information provided by you will be used solely for the purpose of completing the project.

 

Copyright

Upon receipt of full payment, all copyright and ownership of the project will be transferred to you. Until full payment is received, I retain ownership of the copyright of the project.

Liability

I am not liable for any loss, damage or expense incurred by you or any third party as a result of using my services. You are responsible for ensuring that all materials provided for the project are accurate, complete and legally compliant.
