  • How much do you charge for your services?
    I charge by the project for my copywriting services. This pricing model enables my clients to budget accordingly and avoid any unexpected expenses. As a writer, this approach allows me to focus my attention on creating high-quality content without the added stress of tracking hours. By establishing a clear scope of work and project deliverables upfront, we can ensure that we are on the same page and working towards a successful outcome.   • Do you require a deposit?
    For clients who are new to working with me, I request a 50% deposit before beginning any work on their project. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the project. For clients with whom I have worked with previously, I do not require a deposit.
  • Will you write a free sample for me?
    Unfortunately, I cannot provide free samples of my work. My portfolio showcases a range of topics, styles, and types of copywriting that I have produced. I believe that clients should rely on my portfolio and reputation to make a decision. In the end, either you like what you see in my portfolio and trust in my reputation or you don't. A hastily created sample is unlikely to change that. I encourage you to take a look at my portfolio and to evaluate whether I am the right fit for your project. I am confident in my abilities and the quality of my work, and I hope that my portfolio will speak for itself.
  • What is your turnaround time for projects?
    My turnaround time varies depending on the size and complexity of the project. A mutually agreed upon deadline will be established during our initial discussions or at the briefing stage before the commencement of the creative process. I aim to work efficiently without compromising on the quality, thoroughness, or expertise required for the job. Many of my clients have expressed their satisfaction with receiving their copywriting deliverables before the scheduled deadline. For shorter projects, I can typically deliver within 1-72 hours. However, larger and more complex projects may require additional time for extensive research and interviews. If you have an urgent project with a strict timeline, feel free to reach out to me as I may be able to accommodate and prioritise it. Rest assured, I prioritise the quality and thoroughness of your content and will never sacrifice those aspects for the sake of speed.
  • What information do you need from me?
    At the beginning of the project, I will complete a brief outlining your requirements for the project. This includes your objectives, target audience, key message, tone of voice, and any other relevant information that I need to know before starting the writing process. I can provide you with a template for this. Alternatively, you may simply convey your thoughts through an email and I will commence my work from there.

  • What if I'm not entirely happy with the first draft?
    I am committed to ensuring that my clients are satisfied with the final version of their copywriting project. Therefore, I am willing to do a reasonable number of revisions to the content to ensure that it meets their expectations and requirements. I understand that each project is unique, and the revision process may vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project. However, my aim is to work collaboratively with clients to achieve their desired outcome and deliver copy that exceeds their expectations.
